Amazing delivery experience by Kelly and Bobby, they were thorough and careful, laying mats in the elevator and in the homes to protect flooring. Great communication in coordinating the delivery as well. Shout out to Collin as well for his amazing pick up experience, driving the stuff cross boarders, and working around my schedule to make things work! Very professional team, highly recommended for long and short distance moves.

AMJ movers from Kelowna with Kelly and Bob were so wonderful!!! We moved our daughter from Kamloops to Vancouver. They were professional, fun and thorough. Kelly and Bob made it easy! They wrapped my daughter’s furniture carefully when loading and unwrapped and set it up when unloading. We helped mark off the box numbers and none of my daughter’s skincare collection was lost or damaged! Bob even asked what travel skincare was!!! They were helpful and polite. This is our fourth time using AMJ Campbell and we will have them for our fifth move. Thank you so much!!!!

We inquired with AMJ new years eve for a rush move of fixtures from a mall in Langley to West Kelowna. The experience was just phenomenal given the short time frame and circumstances that arose. AMJ were professional and reasonable, a great company to work with. We will be using them again in the future!

I asked for a quote on December 15 for pick up of 4 furniture boxes from Burnaby with delivery to Coldstream. They did not get back to me till January 21. AMJ's price was $900 for pick up & delivery. I called ACE Courier yesterday and they have picked up and already delivered the 4 boxes today for $150. Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff, price gouging, and brutal customer service.

We recently moved from Kamloops to Kelowna and we’ve moved many times over the years, and this was by far the best experience from start to finish!
Vanessa was fantastic—her communication was clear and timely, from the initial quote to date changes and all our little questions along the way. Kyle and his crew packed our home with such care and attention, and Kelly’s team handled the load and unload with that same thoughtful approach. We truly appreciated how everyone took the time to place boxes and furniture with care. DJ and Aaron were especially friendly and helpful, making sure everything was set up just the way we wanted 😁.

We hired AMJ Campbell to move us from westkelowna to Rocky Mountain house Alberta on Oct 29 th. We are so thankful we did! From the estimated that came out to the staff in the office to our amazing driver Rick and the guys that loaded and unloaded us we could not have been happier! Our stuff was well taken care of , everyone was super nice and we had peace of mind meeting our driver the day before to confirm everything. If you’re moving I suggest them for your move!

I used AMJ for a big move from West Kelowna to Calgary. I was very impressed with the packer, the movers and the price. Would recommend them on that basis for sure. Everything for the most part went as planned.
One thing I am disappointed with is with a couple items that were damaged in the move that Atlasworld group will not pay for. I think having the insurance may be a bit of a scam.

Unfortunately please NEVER use this company. We had damage in our new home to our stairs and contacted the company right away and they denied there was the damage and didn't do anything about it. They used a moving dolly to get the heavy item up bc they were not strong enough to bring it up our stairs. They were deceitful in what we signed with the paperwork as well and said we signed that we had no damage. We would have never signed that bc we told them to stop bc they were damaging the stairs. What was the likely scenario, we were lying? No their delivery guys were covering it up by not showing us the correct paperwork. See photos for proof. Stay away from them!

I had a Wayfair delivery through AMJ Campbell today. AMJ set up the delivery in advance, with good communication, delivery was made on the day and time scheduled and was completed by Ryan and Cole, both of whom were respectful, helpful, efficient and just…….NICE! I would highly recommend this Company and this team of delivery experts!!!

Moving with this company was my worst moving experience and I have moved several times. I have missing & broken items and damaged property. ALWAYS ask for your weigh scale tickets- they over charged by 1,080lbs and it took several weeks to be refunded.

Edit: I did contact this email and you offered no resolution. The AMJ Franchise GM was cc’ed on all of the emails and offered zero resolution. In fact, they allowed the franchisee to send me aggressive emails. They were not heard from since Nov 14.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone in home deliveries for a week to arrange a pick up. My item has been available for pick up for over a month and no one will return my calls to schedule the pick up. This is unacceptable, poor customer service!

From start to finish, friendly professional service. The two gentlemen who delivered our goods were the best. Steep driveway did not allow trailer to park near our house (100' driveway) so they had to make multiple trips up and down with no complaints and great attitudes. Would recommend to anyone.

Avoid AMJ at all costs, literally. I have made three cross-country moves in the past five years and will be making one more this year (my last, I hope). I moved most recently from Hamilton to Kelowna with AMJ. They lost precious goods and were unconcerned about such. The entire 'staff' is comprised of crooks and morons--a lethal combination. Hijacked us at the end by holding our goods until we paid an additional ten percent, the usual drill, I know, but I'm not standing for it.
