The guys did such a great job on our house. They helped with a mold issue on our vents and adding a new fan in our bathroom. Really appreciated the text communication about what the plan was going to be each day, and then the guys doing the work were incredibly kind and just so easy to have around. Would highly recommend from both a quality of work standpoint, and an overall vibe of people I enjoyed having around in my house.

Mark was prompt and professional. He provided the service as was agreed upon. We highly recommend Restoration 1 for any restoration needs.

Mark was awesome guy to work with. He, help come in and clean up a bunch of mess from the previous contractor. I really appreciate his team being very punctual and on time we will be using him for our jobs in the future.

They responded very quickly to assess my fireplace issue and came back to do actual work in a timely manner. Once initial work was done partially, I heard nothing from them again. I had to call a full two weeks later to ask why they weren’t coming back to complete my work. They made an appointment to return the following week and were very successful in cleaning the soot damage in only one more hour. I didn’t like the 3 week delay with no courtesy phone call to let me know why I was being ignored.

The quality of the work was excellent and the final product was good however the communication struggled at times especially when it came to what was on the invoice for the work and what our insurance needed. Some of that was probably due to insurance as well but there were times the correct items were not sent to our insurance
