I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my experience at your restaurant at approximately 5:55 a.m. on Friday, August 14, 2026.

I used the drive-thru and received what I can only describe as very poor customer service. The manager working the drive-thru was rude, repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking, and seemed unable to accurately process a very simple order.

My order was:

Hash Brown
Small Coke
Sausage McMuffin without egg

I clearly stated that I wanted a Sausage McMuffin without egg, yet I was repeatedly asked if I wanted egg on the sandwich. The conversation went something like this:

"You want egg?"
"No."
"That's a Sausage McMuffin with Egg."
"No egg."
"Okay, what is your drink?"
"Small Coke."
"Okay, that's a Hash Brown, Sausage McMuffin with Egg, and a Coke."

At that point, I again had to correct the order and explain that I did not want egg. Despite clarifying this multiple times, I ultimately received the wrong items.

What concerns me most is not just the incorrect order, but the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Being interrupted, having to repeat a simple order several times, and still receiving the wrong food made for a very frustrating experience.

I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, and orders should be listened to carefully, especially when they are as straightforward as this one.

2 snack wraps and a sweet chili wrap was ordered at 6:58pm snack wraps went in at 7pm sweet chilli wrap at 7:16. After complaining they made 2 more snack wraps. They need to stay off of their phones. Best part was whe yogurt cubes fell on the floor and they still put them in a bag.. Unfriendly customer service. Shame on the owner of this restaurant

Very poor service. 2 Cashier and only 1 person to prepare food at 8am. During office hours they been fumbling and mixing up orders and then keep pulling food out of 5 different orders to make it right. This made everyone wait. My wrap was disaster it was not even wrapped properly. Just throwing food on tortilla add sauce and just fold it. How a person can eat in their car. You have drive through for a reason, people want their food in the CAR. When I complained they told me not to talk to the employees with anger. Guess what you made me angry and i cant even show little bit of disappointment!! I didn’t curse at you. Then cashier want me to get refund instead of accepting their mistake and preparing another wrap. Also told me not to come back. My answer to the cashier is that you cannot decide if i want to come back or not. It’s up to me. I will definitely not give them any more business, but in case if I want to go to that place for my convenience during different hour, I will go again and demand a better Service.
Hope someone with higher authority other than cashiers will see this post and make changes accordingly.

The place is always clean, from the dining tables and floors to the washrooms. But I always have issues with the accuracy and proper preparation of my orders, either something is missing, or food/drinks are not made as requested.

Food quality is very bad.

McDonald's is creating a recipe for losing business/market over the long term.

Ordered a value meal asked how much to upgrade to medium fries, was told .45¢ but the receipt showed $1.40 extra.
Washrooms always need attention it was obvious no one cleaned it in a while.
Don't order in store, they will do 6 cars before 1 person at counter, you wait a long time to get your items in store.
