Ever since the store moved the food is horrible. 3/4 of the time the fries and chicken is reheated from what I would assume by texture is the day before. 🤮

Food is fresh, service was fast, and I sat at clean tables. 5 Stars. Ellie went above and beyond. I’m convinced this is the best Taco Bell in Southern Ontario.

Best service as well as best food we have ever had at any Taco Bell in the U S or Canada. Wallaceburg Taco Bell should be commended!! I think it’s the first time ever our Tacos came out hot and I don’t mean spicy.. Lettuce and food was all perfect and fresh ☺️ The wife and I are 2 happy customers who will drive the extra 25 miles to this Taco Bell in Wallaceburg.Ring the Bell loudly for these people. We were here at 5pm May 15 2026

Service here has been great so far, but the food not so much.
I’ve been here about 3 times since it opened and got food for my family and I each time. I’ve gotten food that’s been stale, cold and there’s never been enough meat on anything.
The old location was far superior. Don’t think I’ll be back again

Guy serving me was polite. New store so it looked good. I ordered 2 soft tacos to “test” how they would portion the ingredients. Very disappointed. There was almost no cheese. I rolled it up and it was so small I couldn’t believe how little food was actually in there. I know Taco Bell has a standard on how much should go on each taco, and this isn’t it. The old location was hands down better. Won’t be back.
