Ordered delivery, paid full price, got half an order. Apparently “two cheeseburgers, fries, and a drink” was too complex a sentence to fully process. Got the drink. Congrats on nailing 33% of the assignment.

Here’s the thing — I’m not even mad about a single mistake. Stuff happens. I’m leaving this because there’s no easy way to make it right. No refund button that works, no number that picks up, just a bag with less food than I paid for and a shrug. That’s the actual problem.

If you run this location: check the bags before they go out. It takes ten seconds and saves you reviews like this one. If you’re a customer reading this: count your items before the driver leaves, because once they’re gone, so is your food and your money.

Will update if they fix it. Not holding my breath

Very dissatisfied nothing of our food was made right and also we heard staff yelling in the background screaming about DoorDash orders and how they came and lay that they’re not gonna do it. They can call back in the morning and they can figure it out then not very professional staff I’m closing time plus we were almost 20 minutes in the restaurant before they brought us the food to pick up inside yes I understand we were there 40 minutes before closing. definitely had a better experience with the morning staff than the nighttime staff place my wife’s fries are nasty. They’re old and all shriveled up. Her cheeseburger had no cheese no mustard no pickle nothing my double cheeseburger had one piece of cheese, two hard buns no mayonnaise ketchup, mustard pickles nothing and my crispy chicken bread was so hard I could throw at the wall it’s sad this place has gone downhill

About three weeks ago I stopped at the McDonald’s on the highway in Cumming and went through the drive-thru. The employee at the first window who took my payment really stood out.
He was an older gentleman named Jeff. He was incredibly kind, had a great smile, and really went out of his way to be friendly. It might seem like a small thing, but his attitude honestly made my night. Sometimes a simple act of kindness can make a big difference, and that’s exactly what happened that day.
I stopped by again today hoping to see him so I could thank him properly. He wasn’t working today, but I was able to get his name.
Jeff — if you ever see this — thank you. You made my day more than you know. McDonald’s has a really good one working there.

This McDonald’s is unbelievably immaculate! The food is exactly as expected and the atmosphere in the dining room is pleasant!!

This location is on Matt highway by Coal Mountain in the Matt Town Center. The service is fast and friendly!

Definitely one of the cleanest locations I’ve been in.

In the age of fast food, this is fine dining. Not because the food is good, but because they are so dang slow. I waited for over 30 minutes for a Big Mac and a McCripsy. I could have, and should have, drove to the McDonald’s on Bethelview and ate there. I’m sure if I did and I came back to this location my food would still not be ready. For such a new location, making your costumers wait for food as long as one does at a fine dining restaurant is disrespectful. To add, a different costumer came in while I was eating and told an employee at the counter that she waited for over 10 minutes at the speaker box and receiving no help. She was the one of 6 who were patient enough to actually come inside and order, the other 5 people just left. Finally, you’d think after waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich it would look good and whole. Not the case here. It appears they made the sandwich then threw it in its box, causing me to have to make it again myself. Really disappointed with this McDonald’s, would not recommend to anyone.
