I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. We eventually had to walk out because of how unwelcome we felt. Not one sales associate approached us or offered to help, yet they were very chatty and attentive with other customers. The difference in treatment was very noticeable, and the looks and overall attitude we received made us uncomfortable.

I have never felt so unwelcome while shopping somewhere. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming to everyone, regardless of race or background. Unfortunately, based on our experience, the treatment we received felt discriminatory and racist. We left without making our purchase and will think twice before returning.

I wanted to recognize one of your employees for providing such a wonderful experience. Kelsey was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and had such a bright, positive attitude from the moment I walked in. I needed new jeans and she knew exactly what to suggest! Her kindness and willingness to help made my shopping experience genuinely enjoyable. It’s rare these days!

Employees like her are the reason people want to come back. She is a fantastic representation of Cavender’s and truly the kind of person you want as the face of your store. Please pass along my appreciation and let her know her positive attitude did not go unnoticed!

As a side note, all of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Super cute location in Stockyards. Other Cavenders I've been to are larger, but this one was very nice charm right in Stockyards. Worth going in for a wander if you're in the area. Staff were fantastic, thank you :)

As someone who already owns a few cowboy hats, I still had a great experience at Cavender's Stock Yards. Their selection is excellent, with plenty of quality options from everyday wear to nicer felt hats. The staff clearly knows their stuff and helped fine-tune the fit and shape so the hat felt just right. I appreciate that they treat both seasoned hat owners and newcomers with the same level of attention. The Stockyards location also has a great western atmosphere that makes the whole visit feel like part of the Fort Worth experience. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to whenever I’m in the market for another hat. 🤠
