⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Zoom Drain was able to come out on short notice when we had a plumbing issue at one of our furnished rentals, and I really appreciated how quickly they responded. Having an occupied property made timing especially important, and their responsiveness helped us resolve the issue with minimal disruption to our guests.

The technician was friendly, patient, and willing to work through the problem with me rather than immediately assuming that equipment needed to be replaced. He also checked another concern under the kitchen sink while he was there and helped make sure everything was addressed.

I especially appreciated that he was reasonable and fair with the final pricing based on the work that was ultimately required. With an unexpected property repair already creating plenty of stress, that consideration meant a lot.

Quick response, pleasant technician, fair treatment, and most importantly—the problem was resolved and our guests were able to continue enjoying their stay.

Five stars. Thank you, Zoom Drain!

I made the dreaded mistake of putting vegetable peels in my garbage disposal which lead to a pipe clog. Alen from Zoom Drains was able to clean out the drain with his handy dandy machine! He was professional & great at his job. He cleaned up and double checked my pipe connections when he was finished. Alen’s kindness & knowledge was exceptional! I would absolutely recommend this company. Thank you so much for your speedy service as well!😄

Alen came to my house today and did a terrific, professional, quick job. Zoom Drain's fees are very fair, and a little lower than the big guys. I recommend them.

Great company to work with. They were upfront, honest and very fair. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me on anything. Their price was very fair and the work they did was excellent. They cleaned everything up and left my house looking great. They were thorough, kind and honest. I would gladly use them again. Saul and his crew were the best!

James Miller @ Zoom Drains provided excellent service yesterday at my brother's house. He found collapsed sections of a foundation perimeter drain exit pipe, confirmed remainder of the perimeter drain is intact, cleared dirt from the pipe, and confirmed water flows as expected away from the foundation to the daylight exit. Also the short summary James wrote on the invoice is perfect for handover with sale to new owners. It was a pleasure working with James.
