I would rate them with a zero if it were available. I had a small leak from a new kitchen faucet that was approximately 2 months old. I would have repaired it myself but having broken my leg in two different places and crushing my knee a few months ago, that option was not possible. Seth came out and immediately tried to sell me a new faucet to the tune of 1000.00 plus dollars. A good, new faucet can be purchased for 2-300.00. I fully realize I'm also paying for their experience and expertise and do not begrudge them that. My issue is I was told if the service call required minor repairs, it would be 49.00. It took the technician no more than ten minutes to loosen a couple nuts and retighten one brass retainer. Done! I absolutely would consider that a miner repair. Instead, I was charged THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE DOLLARS for a 10-minute adjustment. I was appalled!! Seth did give me a 35.50 discount for being a veteran. Personally, if you want to be overcharged for minimal effort, these are your guys. Otherwise, I would recommend you shop elsewhere if cost is a consideration. By the way, they do not stand behind their work on this particular job. Save yourself the headache!!

Everyone I delta with was nice and friendly. I was respected.My requests were met. I needed time to put my dogs somewhere so the dogs wouldn't get upset, the let me know ahead of time they were almost at my house.
I was listened to, my concers were addressed with me and plans were made it help my needs both on the phone and in person.
When instalation was done, the work was brought to code. The technicians respected me, my family, pets and our home. When their work was completed, they made sure everything was working correctly and that everything was cleaned in the area they were working.

Ricky and the whole team were very professional and worked with me the entire project to make sure everything was installed where we were comfortable with. They might not be the cheapest quote, but well worth the price for the high quality work.

We had a wonderful experience with Cameron and Will. They went above and beyond in my eyes. They cleaned everything up after a horrible back up.. Thank you, thank you! Update, after the clean up, we needed all the old cast iron pipes replaced. Inside AND out. They did it in one day!! Meho is a gem of a project manager. Everyone was so helpful. I don't know how the crew did it but we were back to using water freely in one day. Highly recommend Tipping Hat for any plumbing need. 😁

Great experience! Our ac unit was having issues cooling our model home that we bought several years back. We discovered after several opinions and quotes from several companies and hopes for a bandaid fix the builder skipped many steps and caused this issue. Tipping hat came in and was very honest and worked with us. We did end up having to get a new AC system but we are very happy with the 1 year of financing they offered at 0% and we will be life long customers! They also had a team member come in and flush out our water heater. They did a great job!
