BEWARE. Do not trust this place with your vehicle—they will damage your car and completely dodge accountability. I went into this Cobblestone Car Wash with a completely flawless, normal windshield and came out with a massive 8-inch crack across the glass. The damage itself was infuriating, but their absolute failure in customer service and basic honesty made the experience ten times worse. Ghosted on the Incident Report: I immediately notified the staff on-site. They took photos, filled out paperwork, and assured me they were submitting an official claim. Then, absolute silence. I never heard back. After making repeated follow-up calls that went completely ignored, I had to physically drive back down to the location just to get an answer. The manager I spoke with claimed the incident report was never even submitted and that she had never heard of my issue. Zero Accountability: While the manager eventually brought it up to her boss—the company ultimately refused to take any responsibility. They hid behind a blanket policy claiming they "don't cover windshield damage." They broke my windshield, failed to process their own incident paperwork, ignored my phone calls, and took zero responsibility for the damage they caused. Now, I am stuck paying for a costly, unexpected repair out of my own pocket. Save yourself the money, the headache, and the cracked glass. Take your business somewhere else.

I had been a couple times before but the last time I went in, the machine ripped out the back piece of my car and my rear view camera. They found the car piece in the middle of the car wash. All this just from a standard car wash.

I filed an incident onsite and the employee said I should hear back within 48 hours. It’s been 8 days now and I haven’t heard anything. I called corporate after 2 days and they said it could take 3-5 business days. Still nothing and it has gone to voicemail each time I’ve tried to call again…

Best value for your buck. Always friendly staff, always squeaky clean car and extras like free vacuums and wet towels to wipe your car in and out. Definitely 5 star service and it keeps me coming back. The manager Jacob helped me out today and I’m forever grateful for such great service… thanks 🙏

Everything about this place is great. I get both of my cars washed here frequently, and it’s an all-inclusive car wash. The new manager, Jacob, is fantastic and always remembers me. He and the team have been doing an excellent job. I’ll definitely be a long-term customer.

Horrible! The machine got caught on the stripping on the roof of my brand new car. I bought my new car in December 2023 & purchased their membership to keep my car cleaned. We'll, last week I went through the wash, like I do every week.... the machine literally got stuck on my car, and the machine shut down. They had to cut the machine from my roof. Leaving part of the machine on my car because it was stuck. Also, damaging my new car. I spoke to the "manager" who had zero answers for me. He said corporate would be in touch. We'll, I reached out multiple times, only to find out they will not be paying for the damages. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
