I have a membership and have for years. As time has gone on, this place has gotten worse. It barely cleans your car, you could go through 30 times and still have mud/bugs on your car. Let alone, the dryer sucks. Every time I pull out to hand dry my car, there's still soap on my car. Really contemplating canceling .

⭐☆☆☆☆ Buyer Beware – They Signed Me Up Without My Permission

Buyer beware.

I went to Cobblestone Car Wash for a single $25 Wash & Wax in April. That’s all I wanted, and that’s all I agreed to.

A month later I noticed a $39 charge on my credit card. Then another $39 charge the following month. That’s when I discovered they had apparently enrolled me in their unlimited monthly wash program without my knowledge or consent.

I was never asked if I wanted a membership, I never authorized recurring charges, I never signed up for an unlimited plan, and I never used the membership a single time after that one $25 car wash.

Because of this, I had to:

* Cancel my credit card.
* File a dispute with my bank.
* Spend my own time trying to recover money that should never have been taken.

Businesses should not be enrolling customers in recurring memberships without making it abundantly clear and obtaining explicit authorization. Whether it was an employee trying to meet sales quotas or a poorly explained process, this experience completely destroyed my trust.

Check your bank and credit card statements carefully if you’ve ever been here. Make sure you weren’t signed up for a recurring membership you didn’t knowingly authorize.

I won’t be returning, and I certainly won’t recommend this business to anyone.

I just moved to Colorado and absolutely love my car. I went to cobblestone, got the platinum wash and loved the way my car looked afterwards. The staff was very friendly and informative, the place itself looked very cleaned and well maintained, and the vacuums worked better than any other car wash I have been to before. I will definitely be purchasing a membership here next time I come though. Highly recommend!

My new favorite car wash in the Aurora area. Like they provide wet towels after the wash for a finishing wipe down.

I just have to give a huge shout-out to Cobblestone Car Wash, and especially to Ronald who’s been working there recently. Every single time I come through, he remembers my name, greets me like a friend, and really makes the whole experience feel personal. It’s just so refreshing to get that kind of warm and genuine service.

I always get compliments on how clean my rims and tires come out looking absolutely pristine every single time. My car always leaves looking like it just rolled out of a showroom. Honestly, where else can you go and get that level of care? It’s a grade-A car wash experience, and I can’t recommend them enough!
