Update 3/21/26. Came in for the expensive car wash, and when I got to the grocery store, my wheel wells were still extremely dirty. I pulled back around and asked if they could wash my car again and was greeted by horrible customer service until I spoke to the manager, Erin. Thank you so much for understanding and providing good customer service. I will be back instead of feeling upset. Thank you so much for the great customer service. Robert and Dillion were very kind and helpful.

Great customer service. Honestly, everyone who works there is just so nice and so helpful. I’m not sure if this is her name but Danica, she was so sweet. I vacuumed up my glove and she literally went out of her way to find it for me and call me and let me know that she found it and I just really appreciate it

PLEASE BEAWARE DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLES THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY THING DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR!!!!!!! It’s going to cost me $300 to fix what was DAMAGED to my NEW CAR. Both of these were damaged on both sides of my car. I can’t buy online only through the DEALERSHIP because of how NEW my car is. Came to this car wash like I normally do and then went through it and noticed a bunch of pieces of my car broken off of I asked the management who was gonna pay for it and they said nobody will be paying for it. They didn’t even offer to give me free car washes nothing. I would’ve have gone back even if they offered free washes. Mind you my car is a new vehicle. I get it if my car was old, but mine is a 2024 vehicle. Nothing should be breaking off of my vehicle. They even walked in through the machine and found the pieces that broke off of my car in the machine. I called corporate and corporate said they’re not gonna pay for it management said they’re not liable they’re not paying for it if you go here, please be aware that your vehicle will be damaged in this car wash 100% because my vehicle should’ve never been damaged for it being as new as it is Yeah you can say I was being lazy. I didn’t wanna wash my car by hand and I will no longer be going through an automated car wash through any services, especially cobblestone so please be aware if you do go through this car wash and damage is done to your vehicle.

BEWARE DAMAGE! Visited the car wash on 9/3 at 6:20pm. The car wash damaged my side view mirror, knocking off the cover and scratching it in multiple places. The wash appeared to be malfunctioning, as it stopped in the middle of the wash and took a while to restart.

When I brought the damage to the staff’s attention and asked for them to locate my damaged parts, the girl working the wash entrance laughed in my face and walked away. Then the other male staffer said I should anticipate that my vehicle will be damaged every time I bring it to the wash. Both refused to give their names and were not wearing name badges.

I drive a company car and every damage has to be documented and claimed. They refused to allow me to file a damage report because their warning sign, which is not legible from the payment bay, attempts to waive their liability. Contract law states any liability waiver must be presented prior to customer purchase in order for it to be enforceable, which this was not. It is not legible from the payment bay and was not presented by employees in any other form prior to purchase. Car washes also cannot waive damage liability in the event of equipment malfunction. In short, their poster is to scare customers into not suing for vehicle damages, but it is not enforceable. Read the other reviews - this is a common occurrence at Cobblestone.

I will be following up with management in the morning. This is a terrible, humiliating experience.

Great car wash experience! I did the automatic wash for $12 and it did a pretty good job - didn't get into all the nooks and crannies everywhere but that's to be expected and my car was super dirty.

After the wash they have a bunch of spots where you can park and use vacuums, air blasters, and clean damp towels to finish detailing your car. All of these were included for free which I was not expecting.

They also have a car mat cleaning machine which did a decent job, and was also free. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to clean your ride.
