Not all Cobblestones are equal. This one left dirt on my 4Runner, the towels were dry (full stack @ ~1:20 PM Sat 9/26), no car mat washer, air pressure very low on hand wand. My “home” Cobblestone in Castle Rock is fantastic.

Cobblestone always does s great job and getting my car clean. I love the convenience of being able to sit in my car as it gets cleaned. Then I can pull around to the vacuum station, get the inside of my car cleaned. I do love that they also have hand towels to finish drying my car. Highly recommend!!!

Love this cobblestone location. I recently had an issue with my wash subscription. Michaela took the lead and had the issue resolved within minutes. Her customer service skills are one of my best interactions in years. Thank you!! Highly recommended.

Kahseem and Sean were friendly and helpful. I stopped by when it was slow around 1:30 pm so there wasn't anyone before or after me. They had plenty of towels and space on the vacuum spots but I haven't gone during rush hour so not sure how it is around those times. I got the "polish snd shine" and it cleaned my car and tires pretty well. I could've probably gone with the basic but I wanted to try the tire washing with the next level and I'm glad I did :)

I am a firm believer in the power of word-of-mouth, and I want to share my recent experience at Cobblestone Auto Spa. Last weekend, I took my brand-new 2026 Honda HR-V in for its very first wash. I entered with a perfect vehicle and exited the tunnel with a flat tire, leaving me stranded and forced to call roadside assistance.
Upon removing the tire, a broken piece of a radio antenna was found lodged inside. I reported this incident to the company and requested reimbursement for the damage caused by debris in their wash tunnel. Despite the clear evidence, they declined my request.
I’m sharing this so others are aware of the risks and the company’s lack of accountability when their equipment or maintenance fails a customer.
