I have gone to this car wash multiple times before. Something about the dryers changed and it ripped my tire cover off of my RAV4. The workers on site were rude would not even help me to fill out a damage report and then when the manager called me back he basically told me he wasn’t gonna do anything. He didn’t really care. He said there were sign posted and how it was pretty standard in the industry. That tire cover has not come off in four years and something about your car wash ripped it off, but thanks for being completely unhelpful and rude about it. I would not go here if you want to keep all the pieces of your car on your car

****UPDATE*** AS of 7/28/2026 There has been ZERO response from Cobblestone customer service after reaching out to the customer support email that was given for me to respond to.
Months without a response! This company's machines will damage your vehicle and they will do NOTHING to fix the damages that they cause.
GARBAGE company with GARBAGE customer service.
Thanks for nothing Cobblestone!

Worst car wash ever. Do NOT go here. This was the first and last time for this place. Car wash ripped off my antenna and messed up my fender on my STOCK 2014 F150, on 2/7/2026.
Due to their incident reporting it takes up to 3 weeks for them to get back to you to let you know if they have decided to fix the damage. Just got a call today and they have decided NOT to fix the damage their machines caused to my truck!
Apparently there is a sign right before you enter the car wash stating to remove your antenna. Who does that!? Never heard of that before, and when you paying attention to the attendant, guiding your vehicle onto the track, you’re not looking anywhere else.
The incident manager, Brenden talked to me the day that this incident occurred and he admitted that even himself does NOT use this car wash because of how many vehicles it has damaged, but assured me the company would take care of the damages “as long as your antenna was on when you entered the car wash and there was no existing dent on your fender, the company will take care of this” his words exactly the day it happened.
The site manage, Bella, has also admitted to me that in the last month, they have had around eight broken windows and numerous body damage complaints due to their brushes/ machines not being timed correctly after maintenance had been done.
This truck had never been to this car wash before but been through many other automated car washes with zero issues. Over $1000 in damages and these people won’t own up to it.
Garbage company. Should have a zero star rating option for places like this.

Damaged done to my 2003 1 owner 1st gen Toyota Tundra rear quarter panel damaged and factory trim torn from body. Pictures before and after, contacted cobblestone management and owner would not discuss repairs. Had a repair estimate prepared by auto body shop in Arvada. Total damage $3,800 to replace trim and repair quarter panel. Stopped at the office multiple times and no one was present to assist. No assistance!!!!
Have receipts and pictures. Very, very difficult for any contact and no response other than not going to do anything!

Good neighborhood car wash with free vacuum and towels to use. The car wash itself is a bit on the pricier side and I never seem to get a fully clean car when I leave there but the vacuum and towels kind of make up for it. If you’re on a time crunch and don’t mind forking up a few extra dollars for the speed and convenience, Cobblestone may be worth it for you!

Attendant had the car stacked too close to mine and I got hit from the back when the tire skipped the belt. Submitted an incident report but zero follow up from Cobblestone. Management is impossible to reach and they will not take responsibility
