Hands down worst Popeyes I have been to, the chicken tenders were smaller than at other locations and I waited 24 minutes for not even fresh chicken??? (it was at least warm). Person in the kitchen sneezed in his hands, looked at me, and still didn't wash his hands.
Never had a fast food experience like this.
Go to another Popeyes 100%
Edit: My other order took 39 minutes... for a 3 piece tender combo... and I had to go back to get the cup because they didn't give it

The quality of the chicken was good, and the staff were very nice to customers. However, the coleslaw I ordered was frozen, so we couldn’t eat it and had to throw it away. Also, I ordered three blackened ranch sauces, but they were not included.

I had an excellent experience at Popeyes thanks to Gurmehak! The service was friendly, fast, and very professional. Gurmehak made sure my order was correct and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly cares about customer service and creates such a positive atmosphere. Because of Gurmehak’s great attitude and helpfulness, my visit was even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

ALMOST GOT SCAMMED!! Came here on Tuesday and ordered 3 Tuesday specials and a sandwich and large fries and the girl at the counter charged me individually for each chicken where I ended up paying $10 more. When I asked why, the other guy came over and said that the girl is new and I can either have a store credit which can be used only at that particular location or buy more food. When I wanted to talk to the owner, within a couple of minutes, the guy gave me back the difference and when I asked for the proper receipt he just wrote the difference in hand and gave it to me. Please be aware of it as I truly believe that a lot of people might not look at the receipt and they might end up changing more illegally. Never going back to this store again even though it’s close by.
