Very clean place, lovely cashier, felt very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a on the go snack while shopping with the kids!! My favorite are the mini dogs with hot cheese, always warm and pleasant.

So sad to leave a bad review, but alas after 3... not 1, not 2 but 3... visits with the same issue I have to say something. I know, I know who pays 3x for the same thing expecting different results? That's insane... me, that's who...
I have ordered the mini dogs 3x since they reopened under new management over the past 2 months. I was so excited to see they were back and so quickly!!! But unfortunately, all three 3x the dogs have been undercooked. I'm not talking just a little either. I'm talking sticky-icky doughy center. NOT DONE. I literally tore open every one and ate like 2... Not cool.
It makes me sad because it is so convenient and I ♡ Auntie Anne's. Sadly, I will NOT be giving this location (Jefferson Mall) another try.

The Annie’s Pretzel in Jefferson Mall should consider closing at 5:00 pm on Sunday because if you visit this location after 5:00 you may not get what you are seeking. They stated they stop cooking at 5:00 and your only choice of items is what is left. A place of business should work until you close and not a minute sooner. I will consider to support other locations but never Jefferson Mall location again.

Words cannot express how much joy a soft, hot pretzel from Auntie Anne's brings me. The buttery, salty goodness is simply unmatched. And the lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and sour to complement the salty pretzels! Never had a bad experience here. It's a fun treat I look forward to getting when I go to the mall.

Well I went to try and redeem my Annie’s coupon today because it’s was my birthday and I really love this place until today. The person told me I couldn’t get the cinnamon pretzels when it clearly said I would on my coupon and told me I would have to buy something to get a free item. And I never had a problem before and now I can’t redeem this due to him opening the coupon on my phone. Soo thank you for a great birthday!!
