Had another procedure at Palmetto GI yesterday as usual I was greatly impressed at the professionalism and care I received. The family atmosphere is usually lost in today's world.Dr Robbins care and compassion always shows through.( That's why she is my guardian angel) I feel I can say this because as a crohns patient I have had many procedures .Without her guidance I have a feeling I would not be here and as healthy as an 84 year old can be.

I have been a patient of Dr. Litchfields for years.. compliant patient, however i am having one of the first flares in years today. I called to ask to see the dr today and was turned away! I. Discovered there was a bill from my colonoscopy last year that i was not made aware of prior to the procedure or after. When i offered yo pay 100 dollars today and make payments but was told that was not enough.. the bill is 470. I asked to speak to the ofc manager but was told she did not have time to speak to me, even after i offered to wait. Obviously its not about the parient. Its about the almighty dollar at palmetto gi. What ever happened to compassion!

First visit with Dr. Suarez and it was such a great experience! He was friendly, thorough, and took the time to answer all my questions.

And Alexa deserves a big shout-out — she was so warm, bubbly, and fun! Her energy made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming.

Not something you usually say about a GI appointment, but I actually left smiling. Highly recommend!

Had an endoscopy with Dr. Robbins on 11/25/2025. Procedure was well executed by all staff; prep nurses were great. Started that IV like the pros they are. Took a nice nap courtesy of their great anesthesiologist and awoke without so much as a scratchy throat. Highly recommend them!
