My biggest takeaways- they do a great, thorough job cleaning and are QUICK. They complete my 5 bed, 3 bathroom house in about an hour. If something is off, the owner is extremely accommodating and always makes things right. Been with them 4 years.

I spent half a day carefully researching local cleaning companies before choosing this one for a premium $550 Move In/Out package, which makes this complete management breakdown incredibly disappointing.
​Before booking, Diana spent over an hour on the phone establishing a customized plan. However, the moment payment information was secured, her demeanor shifted to entirely uncooperative well before the job even commenced. When the crew arrived, the supervisor, Israel, had been provided zero operational notes from Diana regarding our customized plan. Despite Israel text-confirming onsite that they would move forward with the combination package, major contracted areas were completely skipped. The interior oven and refrigerator (explicitly listed as included in our written quote) were left completely untouched. The team also skipped basic high dusting on air vents, left thick dust by the fridge, missed the bottom of an empty pantry, and left empty cabinetry uncleaned.
​Furthermore, none of the onsite crew members spoke English, rendering it impossible to clarify expectations. When questions arose, they had to repeatedly call Diana offsite, who used the phone calls to argue with me inside my own home. Following the service, we reached out with photo proof to utilize their 24-hour guarantee, but management flatly ignored our texts and emails, ghosting us while keeping our full payment. The frontline workers have strong physical labor skills for heavy surface grime, but the management structure is entirely disorganized and unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

UPDATE: As I have begun moving things, the situation with this company has managed to get even worse. I just realized their crew completely abandoned and skipped an entire room of the house....the laundry room was left entirely untouched.
​This wasn’t just a case of poor quality or cutting corners..they literally omitted an entire section of the property that was contracted under their "Move-Out Deep Clean" package. This is on top of leaving the major appliances dirty and completely skipping the interiors of the kitchen cabinets.
​When you contract a move-out clean, you are paying for the security of knowing the property is ready for transition. Instead, I paid to have an incomplete job done, had a room entirely forgotten, and was completely ghosted when I tried to utilize their 24-hour service warranty.
​If you are counting on a company to actually complete a checklist and honor their word when they miss something, do not hire them. Photos of the skipped rooms and dirty cabinets have been submitted to my bank and the BBB.

Wow! What a service! Perfect!

I honestly don’t even know where to begin — The Duster Crew completely blew me away. I scheduled power washing and window cleaning (inside and out), and the crew that came out exceeded every possible expectation I had.

They showed up on time, were incredibly friendly, and worked with such efficiency and professionalism that I was honestly shocked. My windows are spotless, my patio and front entrance look brand new after the power wash — and it was all done so quickly and thoroughly, without me having to lift a finger.

This was way beyond anything I imagined. I’ve never had such a positive experience with a service company before. I’m truly wordless — just so, so impressed. Highly recommend The Duster Crew ♥️
