am beyond impressed! My home looks absolutely incredible. Every room is spotless, organized, and smells amazing. The attention to detail was exceptional—nothing was overlooked. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and it truly shows.

BE CAREFUL!

We just had our home cleaned by Molly Maid and unfortunately we were unable to be home while they cleaned. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS! We have a 1400sqft house that my wife keeps very clean. She is currently pregnant and wanted a good clean in the areas she couldn't get to very easily so we hired molly maid. Originally told it would take between 2-3 hours to clean our house with 2 people. And I'm currently renovating our kitchen so I requested they leave the kitchen area alone and not clean it as I'm working in that area everyday.

They spent 3.5 hours cleaning! And they managed to break a light bulb in my fan. My kitchen was never cleaned and they skipped my laundry room completely. 2 good size areas that were not cleaned and it still took 3.5 hours. We didn't look hard into the reviews before we hired them otherwise we would have stayed away.

When I called and complained that it took way too long and they didn't clean the whole house. I was told they couldn't offer a discount or anything but they would send their team back out to clean the laundry room and touch areas up again. After reading the reviews I did not want them coming back in my home and being mad about being back.

Just please really consider either being present when they come to clean or find someone else. I don't leave reviews often but this really upset us. We will not be using Molly Maid ever again and will not recommend them.

I've been using Molly Maid of Greater Little Rock once a month for about the last year and Merly and Katerin from Team #4 are PHENOMENAL! My house is always spotless and they are always going a step above and beyond what they are asked to do to make my house spotless.

Examples of this above and beyond effort include: occasionally mopping off my front porch and cleaning my toaster oven without being asked.

They also add personalized touches to my cleaning including folding the toilet paper (like in hotels) and adding in heart shapes to my fleece bedding.

Another really great thing about Molly Maid of Greater Little Rock is how wonderful the customer service is! They are always open to changes in what I need done for my monthly cleaning (such as focus on the bathroom, or clean the fridge).

I would 100% recommend Molly Maid of Greater Little Rock to anyone looking for cleaning help!! Actually, I HAVE recommended them to a lot of my friends.

The team of ladies at Molly Maid was absolutely amazing. They did a deep clean before I put my home on the market and I am blown away with the results. After 22 years of living in this house, I can honestly say it is never been this clean. Their attention to Detail, hard work and professionalism exceeded every one of my expectations. They made a huge job feel effortless and my home looks incredible. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a deep clean. You will be amazed. Team 14 - Keila and Amelie were Fabulous!

This is my 1st personal experience, with this business and reflects what our experience was like.
I called and gave a description of what services I needed. She explained what would be done and not done. I agreed... Then the payment method: I said cash when completed, do not charge my card!! Now, this is a move out deep cleaning, with no floors, no stove, no refrigerator. Basically walls, baseboards, light fixtures, ceiling fans, windows/ blinds, and general cleaning of everything else. They also stated, that they needed an additional hour to complete to job. They said it was for floors and oven, which was told not to do!! This (1475 sqft) home has nothing in it: completely empty!! 3hrs later, my card was charged $427.05(+4.00 cc fee) and when my wife arrived to inspect, walls were not done, top of door frames were dusty, door chime dusty, a ceiling fan not done, widows not done, lighting fixtures not done: we then made numerous phone calls!! An employee came by to inspect and pick up cash payment. After inspection/photos, they were sent to a supervisor (Becky). I was calling also to explain the issues. My wife had to wait for hours for another group to come out and finish up correctly. The 2nd group did a great job and the 1st group , I still don't have a clue what took them 3hrs to clean. No list was ever provided, no explanation on why my card was charged, no resolution was given ensure customer satisfaction and full paymentwas still expected!! We will not be recommending this business to anyone!!!!
