Wait time was so awful. I made an appt two days ago (Fri) starting at 12 PM to come on a Sunday to get a flu shot. Was told to come in a little early as we needed to fill up something. Long story short, we came in around 11:40AM and by 1:25PM we were still waiting to be called. Receptionist gave me a smile and said “you should have gone to CVS to get a flu shot, it would be a-lot faster”. T that moment, I was just at “aw”….

I just left with my family. Very nice and clean facility but Urgent Care is not so urgent.

They gave us a time to come in but that was their lunch time.

Two hours wait with a confirmed appointment and still did not get us the flu shots. .

Came in with elbow pain. Dr said it would take about 3 weeks to heal, I was unable to have full function of my arm. I told the Dr that I have an employment physical the next morning and he advised, I wouldn't pass that physical exam. I explained to the DR. that this employment physical was for a new six figure salary job and that I MUST PASS the physical exam. He prescribed a high dose of meds that got the inflammation in my elbow down enough and on time, that I was able to pass the physical exam with no problem and no pain. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars I would. The Doctor there is wonderful however the reason I give such a low rating is because they don’t honor appointments. The first thing you see when you walk in is a sign that appointments get priority but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I had an appointment at 5, got there at 4:45 and the whole time the up next board showed I was next but other people kept getting seen before me, finally after waiting for 2 hours I had to leave to get back to my child. I understand it’s an urgent care and waiting is part of the experience but don’t claim you prioritize appointments when you clearly don’t.

I love coming to this Exer location. The people are so nice and welcoming. The manager Amal brought me and my boyfriend water and was very friendly. I love that you are able to check your status online to be able to go to your car or grab something from the nearby store. I had a foot injury and they wheeled me straight to my car. Even though they have tons of patients they get to you in a timely manner. For someone who hates going to any medical care facilities, Amal and Brian made my experience very comfortable and enjoyable.

I received excellent care today at this location. I walked in and was taken in almost right away. My provider Nino was very attentive and caring. He listened to me and explained everything thoroughly. The medical assistant was equally great. I was happy with the care they provided. They exceeded my expectations.
