Appreciate the inclusive signage at the restrooms.
Only 'complaint'? We were in the rear Row Y and the overhang of the Balcony blocked the upper third of the stage. Next time we'll strive to get seats closer to have a less obstructed view.

What a wonderful coincidence that it opened while I was, not only working (2 weeks) in NY but I was OFF WORK the evening my niece, Jenny, mentioned I should go... and sign autographs as Bette. My entire life & now, I've been told I look like the Divine Miss M.

The Majestic Theatre offered a MAGICAL night for me - bought tickets at 4pm for 7pm Show. I adore spontaneity, so I live it too !

Comfortable seats, great view from orchestra row t seats 2. Saw the Jessica Vosk in Beaches. Her as well as the rest of the cast were incredible. All of the staff were helpful and friendly as well.

I recently visited the Majestic Theatre to see Beaches, and it was such a memorable experience🥹🔥.

The theater itself is absolutely beautiful and very classic Broadway with a historic, elegant feel that makes the night feel special from the moment you walk in. The acoustics were amazing, and I had a clear view of the stage, which made it easy to fully enjoy the performance.

Beaches was emotional, powerful, and beautifully done, which made the whole experience even more meaningful in such an iconic venue.

The only downside is that the seating is a bit tight and the lobby gets very crowded, especially during intermission. But honestly, that’s expected with older Broadway theaters.

Overall, the Majestic Theatre delivers an authentic Broadway experience. Between the stunning atmosphere and the incredible show, it’s definitely worth visiting.

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Hazbin Hotel Live On Broadway performance, for 1 night only on 20 October 2025. I hadn't been here since Phantom was showing, and it was so nice to be back. The theater staff were firm (it was very crowded) but pleasant and they were quick to respond to questions. Very courteous! They have their system refined to what works best and most efficiently. The merchandise and bathrooms were easy to find, and we were directed to our seats seamlessly. The center rear orchestra seats were comfortable, everything felt clean. The temperature was just right, not too hot and not too chilly, which was amazing for a full theater and all those bright lights. It was an exciting night and the theater and staff contributed to the care that went into making sure it all went off without a hitch. For such a unique showing, it couldn't have been easy for them. Bravo 👏🏼
