Never come to this Chick-fil-A.. I bought a Cobb salad. And I asked for crackers with my salad. They charged me 50 Cent for two crackers only.x 3 packages. So I had three cracker packages $1.50 total. To me, this is price gouging lin the 1st degeee. They can't raise the prices so they go after customers. I didn't know I was being charged 0.50c for two little crackers until after I paid x3. I could understand if I wasn't a customer. Do not ask for crackers with your meal because you're going to pay 50c for two little crackers Jason's Deli is the way to go people. You buy anything sandwich salad doesn't matter you're a customer you can have all the crackers you want. If they charge $0.25 it's too much. This is disgusting horrible place whoever manages this place. I called other Jason's Deli and they do not charge 50 cents for two crackers

The register person was not listening to well. I placed my order and she ordered something else instead of listening to what I was saying. She could have said the option was a burrito or the bowl I said I wanted bowl and burrito meal. So I went up to ask why I didn’t get the bowl she told me one or the other. She could have said that when I placed my order. They were nice to make the bowl. When I got my bowl she came back to my table and asked for the burrito back even after I had bitten into it thinking it came together. Wow I was surprised. I never had breakfast at chick-fa-la so I was not familiar with the menu. I was just surprised she asked for the burrito or even ask to at least pay for it and I wouldn’t even mind to pay it. She just said she needed it back. Not a good first time experience here.

My first experience here was not a good one so I called and spoke with Heavenly, one of the managers, she immediately empathized & apologized and made things right and even gave my son a brownie/cookie. The meal was perfect the 2nd time around. This will definitely be our go to location from now on. The best customer service experience in my 53 years.

So we ordered the spicy chicken bacon ranch sandwich. We'll the photo vs. Reality were way different. I asked for my jalapeños on the side...when we were served, I got 3 jalapeño rings, I went to ask is this the normal amount? The Manager said yes the sandwich only gets 3 rings. I n eas like the photo is misleading. Also the ranch in cooked in the bun...not the best!!

I ordered food for my family and I and when we got home, I was about to take a bite out of my sandwich and realized there was what looks to be a bite taken from the bottom. I called this location and they seemed to not care… It’s an understatement to say I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. Be careful, Check your food!
