Costumer service was very rude and seems like they do not want to be at work- they do not have good communication skills.
They hide from the customers and decide to talk mess to the customers when we were to tell them for the third time in what we need.
Front counter on the 2nd of August at 6:30-7 while I was there - decided to say “oh well not my problem” when we told them they had a bad attitude
When we called to talk to the manager- the manger did not answer -the rude employees did.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life!!! As im attempting to order my son a happy meal this horrible woman starts yelling at him to leave the numbers alone. He is autistic and likes numbers, I didnt see a problem with him putting them in order but she insisted and yelled at him again. I didnt even order. Perhaps she was prejudice because I had just left the pride festival... If I could put negative stars i would.

Last Saturday was my 70th birthday. 2 or 3 years ago, I downloaded the McDonald’s app. I was asked for my D.O.B. while doing the prompts for setting up the McDonald’s app. I entered the information. I received an email by McDonald’s receiving a free sandwich and a drink because of my birthday date. Today I went to McDonald’s showing the email to Esther, the young lady at the register. Esther was polite, friendly, kind, informative and professional. Esther deserves a pat on the back. She was busy at the restaurant & at the register because it was 11:58am, lunch time! What I admired mostly about Esther is that she’s young yet extremely patient and a good listener. Thank you to the GM here for having Esther in your crew. She makes you shine! 🙏🏼 CGR

My wife picked up double quarter pounder meals for herself. And this is how our quarter pounders came out, one meat almost fairly cooked and the other one red. No need to show you the other one. Very disappointed.
