Quite possibly the most poorly run Chipotle I’ve ever been to and Chipotle is my go to for quick and decently healthy. Literally sat in line for 25 minutes after my pick up time. When I got to the window, not even an apology. They had 3 people working the pick up line and no one even in line for the dining room. How can a place be so horribly mismanaged? The employees absolutely have no sense of urgency. Choose a better location.

My daughter and son-in-law ordered Chipotle for me for my birthday today. They were very specific on what they ordered, and I did not get what they ordered for me first of all when I received it it look like half an order they specifically said not to give me the hot spicy pork and it's so hot I can barely eat it. I don't like to get bad reviews in fact every Chipotle I've ever gone to has been fantastic. I was very disappointed. The drinks were great kind of hard to mess up a Mexican Coke in a bottle!.

Whenever I have attempted to order from here I end up leaving before ordering. This restaurant is such a mess and staff wear same gloves over and over while handling unsanitary items and then grabbing and preparing food.
The individual ingredient containers in the heated and cooled areas are always such a mess and the floors are incredibly filthy and disgusting.
The few times I’ve eaten here over the past 4-6 months the food has been less than mediocre. The rice and beans are often undercooked and hard. The lettuce is old, slimy, and inedible. The chicken is mostly fat, gristle, and hard to chew. I usually end up tossing the majority of my food. I’m done w this location. No longer returning.
I’ll drive the extra 10-15 miles to eat where the restaurants are clean and the food is thoroughly cooked.

They completely messed up the order. They added known allergies to a dish. When I get a hold of Pepper because you cannot call anybody, they offered me a free drink I don’t drink soda I have to physically go into the store now and show them photos that they messed up the order and pray that they make it right

Updated - went into the store and management took care of everything. Thank you for that

One of our bowls had an unattached lid, causing it to leak through the bag and all over my car. I'll likely need to get it professionally cleaned to get the smell out. Then there's the hard rice and the fact that all of our meals were so hot flavored we could barely eat them. Huge waste of money
