I love chipotle but unfortunately this was my first time having a bad experience! Samadhi was my server today and the portions she served were ridiculous! I had more veggies than anything else. Not worth the money I spent! Sadly wrong day to take my mom to try it for the first time!

showed up at 8:10, waited another 15-ish minutes until our order was done. The parking lot in front was nearly empty, and we had two workers ask us what our order was. When we were asked the second time, the initial worker was just standing to the side. We weren't told what was happening with our order, if something else needed to be prepared-- nothing. We finally got our order, the girl was really nice about it, we weren't that upset. About 5 minutes later on the way home I noticed the bag felt wet, I lifted it and it tore apart. Side of sour cream completely empty, the top not sealed in the slightest, all over my clothes, the car, the bag, and the burritos. Frustrating is an understatement

To be honest, for my taste, I prefer Cafe Rio. I came here because of a gift card. Surprisingly, there's no way to apply a gift card if I preorder on the app.
Even the most mild dish is too spicy for me and my wife. Sorry, we are wimps when it comes to spicy. We want flavor, not heat.
My wife tried adding ketchup to her tacos. Still too spicy.
The staff was great, good service, friendly. Portions were satisfactory. Food quality was acceptable (except for the spice level).

Love chipotle, but this specific location’s quality is absolutely horrid. Didn’t wanna make a review until I just had a meal that tasted like floor cleaner was in it.. The meat is always low quality and old… actually everything is low quality and old here..

Drive the few mins to Jordan landing location for better experience.

I ordered online. Got there 4 minutes after pickup time. 2 employees talking in the to-go area. They asked me if I was picking up. I gave my name, one pointed to the ticket, but said nothing to me. They went back to talking, and not doing anything. Two minutes later I asked if they were waiting on something??? They said they were waiting on the Chipotle Honey Chicken. I see chicken on the grill. 15 minutes later one from the back asks the chef about the honey chicken. The chef says he wasn't planning on making any. The guy says "well this guy is waiting on it" referring to me. They didn't even communicate to the chef they were out. Another 15 minutes to finish the chicken. When they replaced the empty chicken container in the steam table with the new one the employee says to the other "it's not hot", he says "what?", she says "the water", he says "what water?" she said "the water in the thing" referring to the water in the steam table. They were not very concerned that the equipment that is supposed to keep the food at safe temperatures was not actually hot enough to do so. They finished my order. I get home. I ordered the crunchy taco shells, but got the soft, which wouldn't bother me except it was on top of everything else. And because they made that part of the order 35 minutes before the rest and left it out on the counter most of it was cold and soggy. I threw it out. I'll never be going there again. And I would inform anyone that reads this the 2nd most common cause of foodborne illness is serving food kept at improper temperatures.
