I’ve been living here for three months, and given my work situation, this was the best place I could find. I’m writing this on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 2:35 a.m. My routine is pretty simple… I go to work and don’t get back until the evening, so I spend most of my day away from home. It’s incredibly frustrating, uncomfortable, and exhausting having to deal with my upstairs neighbor. I can hear every single heavy footstep they take. They even have guests over tonight. I’ve had some really awful days living in this apartment complex. Are the walls made of paper? Is this really what I’m paying nearly $1,700 a month for? I honestly can’t wait for my lease to be over.

I have had the absolute best experience with the repair/maintenance staff at Rochester Club apartments. My recent experience with Jay was amazing. He was able to fix a problem I had & then took care of another because he could. The experienced maintenance professionals have never let me down at RCA.

From my very first day here, my experience has been wonderful. Devincia guided me from the beginning and continued to offer help and support even after four months of living here. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, and feels like home. The clubhouse is a nice addition and adds to the community experience. The people at the lease office have been very cooperative, not just before signing the lease but also throughout my stay. I truly recommend living here to anyone looking for a peaceful and supportive place to call home. I will update my long-term review at the end of my lease.

The apartments are cute and the amenities are nice. Location is also great bring next to trails. However, they were renovated as cheaply as possible (typical for apartments, I know). Because they were renovated as cheaply as possible, I currently have towel racks falling from my bathroom and the floor literally peeling up. My issue still isn’t with these maintenance issues themselves, it’s the fact I can’t get anyone out to fix them. I saw the floor was peeling, so before it got worse, I submitted a maintenance ticket. Same was true for my hand towel rack in the wall and my other wall towel rack. I submitted my maintenance tickets over a month ago, noting each of these issues were getting worse. No one has yet to show up, my floor issue is spreading, and my towel racks are currently on the floor or half hanging from the wall. I can’t get anyone to come out to help. The office workers are hard to track down, are slow to respond to emails, and just give you the run around in person. Also, if you do catch them in person, they are very unfriendly and rude (with the exception of one of them). This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten the run around on maintenance requests. They installed new door hinges and completely chipped and scratched our door. No one ever came out to fix it. Overall, don’t enjoy paying over $1300 a month to have my bathroom and living room floor falling apart and feeling helpless on when they will get fixed.
