I recently toured Trio Apartments and was very impressed with the community and staff. Paul was especially helpful — professional, friendly, and quick to answer all of my questions. I ultimately chose another complex for personal reasons, but my decision wasn’t due to anything negative about Trio. Based on my experience, I’d absolutely recommend checking them out if you’re apartment hunting in the area.

I had a really great experience visiting this apartment complex. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions and made everything feel easy and low-pressure.

The property itself looked clean and well taken care of. The units I saw were spacious and had a nice layout. It also seemed like a quiet, comfortable place to live with a great location close to everything.

Even though I chose a different place for personal reasons, I’d definitely recommend checking this one out if you’re apartment hunting in the area.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Trio. From day one, the entire experience exceeded my expectations.

The staff are the heart of this place—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. The front office team was always welcoming, and maintenance was prompt and efficient.

The property itself is beautifully maintained, with clean common areas, peaceful surroundings, and thoughtful amenities that really make it feel like home. It’s rare to find a place where both the people and the property are this outstanding.

I highly recommend Trio to anyone looking for a place where they’ll be treated with respect, warmth, and care. This was more than just an apartment—it was a community I felt lucky to be a part of.

Toured with my friend who is looking for a new place. Super impressed with the small details added to these apartments. The tray under the kitchen sink, the tall doors and the special windows. The kitchen set up was perfect for my friend's needs. They were installing a package system which would be nice. I believe they have a coffee shop or bakery within the community as well.
