Lived here while the place was brand new, unit was spotless when I got it, and the couple times I needed a repair it was fixed within a day or two, not weeks. What stood out most was move-out: usually that's where apartments nickel and dime you, but Marcy and Reagan handled everything without a single problem. Flexible with scheduling, quick to answer, treated me like an actual person instead of a lease number. No complaints from me.

I've had a great experience here at Keystone at Horse Pen Creek. The staff is incredibly helpful and genuinely personable. Seeing how everything came together, especially the beautiful clubhouse, it's easy to appreciate why they took their time during construction. The attention to detail really shows, and the community is STUNNING! I'm so glad I chose this place my home.

Unfortunately, my experience with Horse Pen Creek Apartments was very disappointing. Although our application was approved, it came with unexpected conditions that made us decide not to move forward. Throughout the application process, we did not feel treated with the level of professionalism, communication, or respect that we expected. The follow-up felt more like pressure than customer service, and the overall experience left us uncomfortable.

I understand that every property has its own screening criteria, but the way the process was handled did not give us confidence. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend applying here.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to Keystone at Horse Creek Apartments. I had been looking forward to touring the community, but unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations.
Upon arrival, there were three staff members present who did not acknowledge me after returning from their break. After some time, one staff member approached me and asked if I needed assistance, but the tone came across as dismissive.
When I inquired about touring available units, I was informed that two-bedroom apartments were not available due to upcoming inspections. I then asked about viewing either a one-bedroom or three-bedroom unit. However, I was told that the office was currently set up in a bedroom space, and I was not offered an alternative option to view any available or vacant units. There was also no clear explanation provided regarding the availability of three-bedroom units.
Additionally, during our conversation, I was asked about my price range. After providing that information, the topic was repeatedly brought up in a way that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, rather than helpful or informative.
As a prospective resident, I expected a more welcoming and transparent experience. I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service and ensure future visitors are treated with professionalism and respect.

I lived here for almost a year. The location was so convenient for all of your needs and in a good area. The staff was friendly and always eager to help. Not to mention the beautiful apartments inside and out. I was in a one bedroom home, however it felt quite spacious. I have considered renting another apartment home here but just upsizing into a two bedroom. I would definitely recommend living here for those looking to move to or finding somewhere new to live in Greensboro!
