Jacob was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was here for an a/c tune-up and found that the capacitor which was almost 5 yrs old wasn’t working at full capacity which was causing the motor to run longer and more often, which would eventually burn out the motor if not replaced. He installed a 5 year warranty capacitor and the a/c is running more efficiently for a much more reasonable price than the other hvac services I contacted.

The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and told me if something needed attention now or if it could wait for the next appointment. I felt like I could ask him questions since he was not rushing me to get to the next appointment. I recently had Chase out to work on my air conditioner and was extremely impressed. He was very professional, patient, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Even though there were some delays and issues with the manufacturer, he stayed courteous, kept me updated, and made sure everything was taken care of properly.
