The service has improved. A while back my pick up orders were missing items or were prepared incorrectly. It is not complicated to seek recourse from corporate, but there are hoops to jump. Just glad they got their act together.

I love visiting this location during normal working hours; The Jamaican chef is amazing. I am a very observant person when it comes to the preparation of my food. The meat he prepares is excellent. This chef is consistently washing his hands and changing his gloves. The food is excellent at this location during the week.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this Pollo is the only location I visit. Always consistent and fresh. Chicken done right and juicy. The best part is always my interaction inside with one of the Employees, his name is Mecki and he always goes above and beyond. It’s always a pleasure when a restaurant or business has this type of professionalism. Exceptional Mecki you deserve an award for exemplary employee.

Bad experience to ruin that. Had multiple people inside waiting 10+ minutes. No service, nothing. Ordered 9a no breast, after 10 minutes she gave me my meal only had 1 breast. Said it wasn’t ready. Then served me my meal and the chicken was raw. Also your cook is wearing crocs with no socks. DISGUSTING. I’ll be going back to pollo but not this one ever.

This place was A PLUS x 10 AMAZING !! From the time I walked the door Martin and her entire crew were the BEST. Their kindness was more than 5 star and she checked on me along the way. I drove over an hour and will recommend her, and her staff to anyone and EVERYONE I know. She has a team of employees that thrive to follow in her footsteps of professional courtesy that will lead others and DEFINITELY myself back. The food was 5 star, but the service was a 10.
