The food here is truly awful! Hadn’t eaten here in over 10 years and I quickly remembered why. The chicken was Ethiopian looking, overcooked, and tasteless. The beans were bland and the Cesar salad very dry. I have no idea how this place survives???

I constantly have items missing from my orders, and there’s no way to speak with a real person to file a complaint. Every time I call, I’m forced to deal with an automated system. Strangely, these mistakes always seem to benefit the company, never the customer. It’s becoming too much of a coincidence and is extremely frustrating.

I've been seeing the commercials so I went through drive-thru and ordered a whole chicken value meal. The food was hot but what a disappointment....no beans all liquid soup, rice barely serves 2ppl and the chicken...well overcooked, dry and short a thigh. Oh and kicker..the Yuccas, undercooked. Keep going! Come on Pollo! What happened?
