This has been the best place we’ve ever lived. The management team is outstanding—professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. We are truly grateful to call this community our home.

The property is always quiet, clean, and very safe. We’ve never had any problems, and living here has been a wonderful experience from the very beginning.

I am an extremely satisfied resident of The Ivy for just 6 months now. We considered rental options from Key West to Ft Lauderdale to Ft Myers for several months and could not be happier with our final choice of The Ivy. This was supposed to be just our winter get away from Maine place but turned out to be much more.
This beautiful complex is soo much more than luxury apartments, a beautiful pool, modern common areas, a smartly appointed library and garage parking. This is also location location location ! I now live in the heart of historic downtown Ft Myers with nearby museums , just steps to many really good restaurants, the picturesque waterfront and just a great walkable safe neighborhood.
I have had the need for a couple of minor repairs and found the staff very prompt to address the service request, friendly and polite and most issues were resolved on the first visit.
We are a retired gay couple and have found this community warm and unassuming and a wonderful mix of ages, cultures, and orientations. Feeling safe and accepted is something we truly value here.
The fabulous management trio has orchestrated some very creative and inviting themed community events that we really enjoyed and look forward to future festivities.
Now for the team that really makes The Ivy the wonderful community that it is. The core of The Ivy's charm and success is Paola, Brady and Matthew! Their sincere desire and ability to assist in any request or idle conversation is admirable, real, sincere and much appreciated. These three caring and extremely dedicated employees are The Keystones of The Ivy !
We look forward to enjoying many years to come here in luxurious retirement at The Ivy.

My family and I have been living at The Ivy for six months, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience so far. From the moment we toured the community, we felt a sense of comfort and warmth. Living here has only confirmed that we made the right choice. It has truly gone above and beyond our expectations.

The amenities are one of our favorite parts of living here. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, the conference room has been incredibly useful, and the patios give us the perfect space to unwind. Everything is well-kept, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed to make daily life easier and more enjoyable.

The leasing process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to a wonderful team that made us feel welcome from day one. Maintenance has also been excellent; always quick, kind, and willing to help. It really makes a difference when you know you’re being taken care of.

Now we’re getting ready to spend our first Christmas at home here, and I’m genuinely excited. This place already feels so cozy and special for our family. We love living at The Ivy and truly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well-managed community to call home.

So I've waited 6 weeks to share my perspective of living at The Ivy here in downtown Fort Myers. I can honestly say.... I love it.
My move-in experience was exceptional with the help of Paola, Matthew and Brady. They are a great team and have done everything to make my experience as seamless as possible. They have done a great job with creating events to get the tenants the get to know each other. Recently they hosted an event that was catered and hired a country western band. A tenant in the building who works for Tesla brought out vehicles for us to test drive and a Halloween Party is planned.
The Maintenance team Jose, Danny and the cleaning crew do an awesome job of taking care of any maintenance issues I experienced, which were minimal.
Being a transplant from California, I have met many wonderful tenants here in the building who have been welcoming and am hopeful to continue meeting more of you.
I am an Interior Designer who is passionate about all things design and this interior space is exceptional. I'm also including some photos of my own space.

just moved in 2 days ago and i am so so satisfied. Paola gave an amazing in depth tour to my boyfriend and I. we honestly loved it so much that we applied the same day. Paola went above and beyond for us to make sure we got our keys and moved in by afternoon. i'm so so excited to be here at The Ivy and have already been enjoying the amenities!! Thank you Paola and the rest of the team at The Ivy😊
