My mistake for continued use on this location. Do not use this location!!!! I had a toilet put in, they failed to properly complete that detail it was a mascerating toilet. Kids had no idea how to install. I had knob and tube replaced...they failed to wire in several outlets that were in my home then wanted 1000 each for each that they failed to complete. I then had my septic line replaced with a failed attempt. My house has a septic smell. They came out to fix(didn't properly seal pvc) still didn't work since they did not do a p trap from septic line. Now refusing to fix thier screw ups-. And why can they only fix with an ghetto supported wood block

Seatown (Dustin) Provided excellent service. When I bought my house two years ago, I replaced the old furnace/AC with Seatown. I got the maintenance plan and I continue to be super pleased and would highly recommend working with them. It was a great decision. After discovering my whole system was down, I talked to their AI scheduler last night, which got me appointment next day (on a Saturday). In Saturday, They texted 30 minutes in advance (as they said they would) and most importantly Dustin definitively found the problem (proof: scorch marks from an arc) after fixing the issue, he tested to make sure that everything was working as expected. Although we both know what onetime event caused it, he even set up a preemptive electrician appointment to ensure there is no ongoing potential plugin problems. Thank you, Dustin! Thank you, Seatown. The maintenance plan and your excellent service are great

Brett and his team of Jayden, Jose and Mikey came to install electrical service to my new shed. They were professional, punctual and courteous (and witty, I might add). As the shed is metal, they had to use some ingenuity in some areas, in order to meet code. They had to run power approximately 150 feet from my house to shed, in the rockiest terrain you could imagine. But they prevailed and the quality of the installation exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Brett and his team and will ask for them, should I need electrical work in the future.

Tyler and Diego from Seatown were absolutely amazing! On top of being skilled electricians and did a great job replacing our circuit board and rewiring our fridge outlet, they were professional, kind, and very pleasant to work with. They even were really patient with our extroverted 6 year old. I couldn’t recommend these two guys enough!

I've had Seatown over for two services and both went really well. Last year, they had to return to my home for a second appointment and ultimately could not do the work - which was not even remotely their failing and had to do with my home. Along the way, they were honest and clear and did not charge me for it. They showed me every step. I believe one of the folks who came was named David. Today I had maintenance for my heat pump and mini splits. Unfortunately, two days ago one sprang a leak. Patric was able to do the maintenance as well as have a very clear idea of the issue. He talked me through it in great detail and showed me photos of elements. I already had some knowledge of what could be going wrong so we addressed those questions. I will need another appointment to fully inspect and hopefully repair the issue. It's not a small cost, to me, but again, I received a very detailed breakdown of the charges and what steps would be taken along the way. I have to decide if I do that and cannot review how their work would be, but I have been very happy with all visits to my home. That said, communication about the scheduling was terrible. I had to call and text repeatedly and never got a clear idea when they were coming until I finally reached another department at 1:30 PM of the day they were supposed to have come. I was told I was accidentally scheduled with someone who was not scheduled to work that day. Given that I had called and texted repeatedly, and they have to look at their appointments to route trucks, how they never knew this, never informed me, kept telling me different things or not returning calls was extremely bad. I was able to get the appointment today and that went well. But I do fear scheduling and communication for future work. If we do the future work and this keeps happening, I will look elsewhere. Because of a very bad service experience elsewhere last year and good experiences with visits this year, I am likely to give them more chances to handle scheduling and communication professionally. Also their AI phone assistant is a nightmare who blocks you from getting real information or reaching a human.
