We had Michael B. out today to provide the annual maintenance on our whole home generator. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process along the way. He arrived on time, was professional, yet personable, and thorough in his work. The company provides a great price for the service.

We use Generac Generator at our store location in Tukwila. They periodically come in to service/maintain it. The last guy that did the service's name is Justin, nice, polite and very professional. Some outfit came to work on our Ice Machine and tripped the alarm in the Generator box. It was weekend, the phone number on the service panel only offers Emergency Service. I looked in my phone and found Justin (Generac Tech). I reluctantly called, apologizing for bothering him on his day off, but asked if he could help me reset the alarm. Same polite, helpful Justin on the other end telling me "No worries, I'll walk you thru". it took maybe 10-15 minutes of me sending him a pic of the panel, him telling me which arrows and buttons to push. Bingo, the alarm went silent. I thanked him profusely. This type of a person with that kind of personality and people skills, I don't care where you work, you'll be successful at wherever customer service skills are needed. Kudos to this company for employing Justin. Being in the service industry for over 35 years, I will always take the time out to recognize people who just blow me away. Thank you again Justin for kindly helping us out on your own time.

A year ago, we invested in a new whole-house natural-gas generator. The people I worked with at WA Generators were knowledgeable, patient in explaining things, completely professional, and always pleasant to work with. This started with Cory, the sales guys, who answered all of my many questions; continued with the install crew, who coordinated process very clearly; included the office staff; and most recently the maintenance guys who very politely and efficiently came, checked in, did his work, and was on his way. This is how all businesses should operate and interact with their clients. On top of all this, their fee was very competitive, even compared to a single-shingle electrician.

Matt did a great job extending and reconnecting the gas line for my Navien system here in Seattle. He was professional and I am very satisfied with his work. However, after reading the contract's General Conditions, I found the terms to be overly complex and heavily biased toward protecting the company, with very little protection or rights left for the homeowner. Great technician, but the company policy and contract terms could definitely be more customer-friendly.

We also signed up for the annual maintenance service, and it has been absolutely worth it. The service is thorough, professional, and helps ensure everything stays in top working condition while keeping our warranty intact. They handle all the important maintenance items like oil changes and filter replacements, and I especially appreciate the detailed electronic invoice with photos and notes after each visit—it’s such a great touch.
