I just placed a review and I want to add that they were out of all original blend coffee, half the munchkins, certain donuts, and extra large cups
It’s clear they aren’t doing inventory whatsoever

If you’re not much of a coffee connoisseur then you may actually like this location. The drinks aren’t as good here. I give it 3 stars because the donuts are always fresh and the employees are nice. The parking lot is a little tricky. So if you want a good coffee drink then you would have to visit the one on Old Forest.

Good coffee, usually quick service. Only thing I do not like is if they are busy sometimes they expect you to use the self service kiosk. I refuse too.

Let me start by saying. The welcome atmosphere is more like oh no a customer. #2 We stop by 6:00 pm to 700 pm and literally 4 times this week and no donuts on the glass shelf minimum of 3 style donuts that are harder then a donut 🍩 should be. Workers kids wrestling in the store. It’s just bad scene with poor customer service and NO DONUTS 🍩 2 hours before they close display glass empty lol. This business franchise has been around long time. No excuse for this poor lazy customer service. Do better start with employees who don’t pack up at 6pm. When the shop don’t close until 8pm. Thanks. Please adjust this situation. Greta location but horrible staff team /management

Let me first say, I absolutely love Dunkin Donuts and I was so excited for this location to be built because it is closer to me than the one on Old Forest Rd. I have been to plenty of DD in different parts of the country and this location is incredibly disappointing. At first it was good, but now it seems like the service, food and efficiency are lacking. I have tried ordering different things on different days and it seems like the same disappointments all the time. This morning I was told they don't have chocolate milk, when I know they can make it (like other locations) they refused to take the extra step. I ordered a food item that I didn't get charged for, so I had to run my card twice. (not a big deal, but it just seemed like my order was being rushed and not taken seriously) I witnessed a manager yelling at the staff, and I was ignored when I tried to ask for more napkins. The attendant at the window wasn't listening or paying attention until she had my card in her hand running it for the item they left off my order. When the order was finally complete... it was lacking flavor and care. Due to several bad experiences, I won't be back. This location is not representing DD very well, so I will just drive further to the other location.
