⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5 Stars – Excellent Service!**

Absolutely fantastic service! Hawana HVAC Solutions was prompt, professional, and incredibly accommodating. He came out on Thanksgiving Monday, a holiday, when it was difficult to find someone available. We truly appreciated his willingness to help and his quick response. Everything about our experience was excellent, from start to finish. Reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly service. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Hawana HVAC Solutions to anyone needing HVAC services. Thank you again for the outstanding service!

I've had a wonderful experience with Hawana. From the beginning, Abdallah was responsive and quick to address my HVAC issues. Before recommending a replacement, he took the time to see if the unit could be fixed. Not only was he more affordable than other quotes I received, but he was also super flexible, accommodating my schedule by coming on a Saturday so it wouldn't disrupt my business.

When we found out that the original unit he quoted wasn’t available, he upgraded me to a higher efficiency model at no additional cost.

They spent the whole day making sure everything was done properly, cleaned up afterward, and explained all the work in detail. I’m very satisfied!!

Abdullah was absolutely fantastic! Very kind, patient, and you can tell he has been doing this a long time. He fixed our AC in under an hour, in the middle of the night, on a Tuesday! 10/10 for customer care!
Highly recommend for anyone looking to install a new HVAC system or have theirs serviced.

We had an excellent experience with Hawana HVAC solutions with our water heater replacement. Abdullah and Salim were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. They answered my call on a Sunday, sourced the right replacement, and it was installed in less than 24hrs. They arrived on time, explained everything, did a clean installation, and left everything tidy. Prices were exactly as posted on their website even though we called on a Sunday. I would highly recommend Hawana HVAC solutions and we will be calling Abdullah for our yearly furnace, AC, and hot water servicing in the future. Great service at a fair price. If you live in London or the surrounding area give them a call.

We had issues with our furnace and most of the techs who visited our home told us the issue originated from our AC and provided us quotes to replace both the AC and furnace. Abdullah said the opposite and explained in simple terms what had caused the issue, which had nothing to do with the AC. So, we were able to have cooling just in time when the heat becomes unbearable. We appreciated how straightforward and informational the meetings were as compared to techs from big companies requiring you to sit with them for an hour to look over these overly-priced quotes then bug you later on to make an immediate decision to "lock in their promotional offers." It's exactly different with Abdullah; he is professional, knowledgeable, genuine, and direct. Our time isn't wasted at all. Plus, he runs a local company (Hawana) and we love supporting local businesses. He delivered an excellent service - went way beyond what we talked about. We ended up having him install a furnace, a tankless water heater, a humidifier, and upgraded our thermostat. I truly recommend Hawana! Now, I know who to call when our AC will break down - for real. And for sure, I will recommend Hawana to all my friends having HVAC issues. Big thanks, Abdullah!
