I had a fantastic, high quality experience with Hy-Mark Home Comfort today! Tim K did a wonderful job coordinating this project with excellent communication every step of the way and everything went amazingly smooth from start to finish! Roger P and Marc T were incredibly professional, efficient and are true experts with HVAC installation of a new Lennox High Efficiency furnace and Air Conditioning Unit. The whole process led to a top notch experience with great communication, answering all my questions and their clear and concise explanation of both units and the ecobee thermostat. They did a wonderful job removing the old equipment and left my home spic and span. I highly recommend Hy-Mark Home Comfort and Tim K, Roger P and Marc T are the A-Team!

I recently had Hy-Mark install a new Furnace (Feb 18/26). Fred and Matt were diligent and worked hard to get the heat back on for me. I appreciated their work ethic and professionalism. I also had my ducts cleaned (Feb 24/26) by Jacob and Marc. They were very personable, answered my questions and offered to help me move things back after they were done. Overall, Hy-Mark did a fantastic job.

Our furnace wasn’t able to heat the house to the thermostat setting, so we called the company that installed it. The technician was here for 1.5 hours and diagnosed the problem to be our thermostat. Next day we replaced the thermostat. No change. Fast forward to yesterday, we set the thermostat to 32C and never got a reading above 19C. Frustrated with the first company, we called Hy-Mark. Their technician, Marc showed up today, spent 30 minutes and now we have achieved thermostat setting! Definitely recommend Hy-Mark.
