I contacted Lodder Brothers to assist with a couple of plumbing needs in our office. Kyle and his assistant Joe arrived. Kyle was very informative explaining the situation, what was needed and the timeline. They went out to obtain replacement taps for our washroom, returned and installed with zero impact to our office. I appreciated their kindness, professionalism and efficient service. We will use Lodder Brothers again and when we do, we hope Kyle (and Joe) are the ones who arrive!

I am a first time customer with Lodder Brothers and this past week I had a quote from DJ on a water softener and it was installed 2 days later. DJ is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient and very professional. Ella at the office was quite pleasant and addressed all of my concerns. In addition, both Rudy and Joe also cleared my kitchen sink that was backed up! They were great and very professional! Overall, I am extremely pleased with my choice to go with the Lodder Team! I recommend to use them for all of your plumbing needs! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you for your prompt service!!

Service was amazingly professional and super quick. Every single member of the team I interacted with was informative, helpful and made the process simple and understandable. Ella in the office, help calm my chaos on the beginning and was amazing with information and Dan stepped in to help troubleshoot issues when we also had to deal with City water shut off. Technicians Joe, Kyle and DJ were awesome and professional. Huge thank you to the Lodder Brothers for making a not fun situation easy and seamless to navigate.

Lodder Brothers provided fantastic service today. I contacted them about a leaking water heater and they responded promptly. The two technicians came the same day. They worked quickly and efficiently. They explained everything that they were going to do and the final price was as quoted in sdvance. Overall my experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.
