I recently had a leaking shut-off valve for my dishwasher and contacted JayTech Plumbing for help. Cayden came out and provided excellent service from start to finish.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the issue. The repair was completed efficiently, and he took the time to ensure everything was working properly before leaving. He also explained the problem and the repair in a way that was easy to understand.

Matt was able to give us a quick quote that we liked and got right to work to solve the problem.

First time using Jaytech plumbing and I was so impressed. The technician (Tom) arrived at the scheduled time, was very knowledgeable and professional. We had spent days trying to figure out where the leak was coming from without success. He discovered it in record time. Took pictures in the crawl space to show us the origin of it, quoted us flat rates and did an exceptional job! I'll definitely be saving their number for further reference. Thank you Jaytech!

I recently moved to Guelph and have called on Jaytech Plumbing several times to address plumbing issues and to upgrade fixtures in two bathrooms and my kitchen.
I have found this company to be quick to respond, very helpful and professional in all aspects of my interactions with them.
Cayden has performed the actual work for me on each occasion. He has a wonderful attitude, explains things thoroughly and has done excellent work in every aspect of the jobs he has completed.

Our experience with Jaytech was great. They sent a text to let me know who to expect coming to the house, followed up with texts to ensure I was happy with the service and the service itself was great. The guy was friendly and helpful, he explained what was wrong, how he fixed it and what I can look for to make sure it was all working well again. Would not hesitate to call them next time I need a plumber.
