Update to the below review... On another call for service for plumbing related to my furnace I was quoted a price. However they sent a 3rd party and before stepping in the house he told me it was 3 times the quote and if I chose to not have him in I still had to pay a fee for him coming to the house. When I called John the Plumber they had no idea what I was talking about. Finally someone admitted to their error. They still billed me by email requiring another call to them. Very disappointing considering my first 2 dealings with them. ORIGINAL POST - From the initial phone call asking about an attic venting issue, to someone returning my call to gather more information, to the quick service appointment the next day everyone was extremely professional and thorough. Nothing is more stressful than water leaking through your ceiling around electrical work and your sense of urgency to have it dealt with. Everyone I spoke to demonstrated they wanted to help. Aaron was great when he got here. He was quick, polite and took the time to talk out the issue and fixed it. Will definitely use again and recommend.

This is my second time using john the plumber. Brad and Dawson our plumbers were very knowledgeable. If you get either of them you are in good hands!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain, and I called for assistance. They were incredibly prompt in responding to my call and scheduled a service appointment quickly. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional. They efficiently diagnosed the issue and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done. The plumber's work was thorough, and they unclogged the drain effectively. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the service provided by them.

As usual, Geoff, Dawson and Josh are the best team. Had a 4 inch drain pipe leaking in the basement and it took them 30 minutes to replace the pipe and elbows! Had previously 3 toilets replaced and they did amazing work. They cleaned up after themselves which is awesome! Can only recommend them!

First time dealing with John the Plumber. Had a great experience with Lance. Called him in to replace shut off valves in the bathroom. Lance went above and beyond to do a full inspection of the plumbing throughout the house and provided great advice. Price was fair and clearly quoted. Overall service was great. We finally found our go to plumber in Rockland. Thanks Lance!
