Had similiar experiences two years ago and vowed never to go back there again even though I live quite close. Very poor customer service and attitudes!!! Very high prices for inferior products.

Connon Nurseries claims to give a 3 years warranty on tree and plants . Be forewarned,you need to be sure what you bring back is unmistakenly dead or they will not honor the warranty. I tried to return an Emerald Cedar that I had purchased only 2 months before. It was obviously not surviving so I removed it because it was an eye sore on my property . The first person I spoke with told me they don't take back trees or plants that have been planted. That made a lot of sense . They then called someone else who proceeded to tell me that I had killed the tree by pulling it out . Then the manger came and said they would not honor the warranty because the tree was not totally dead when I pulled it out of the ground. Botton line. I have spent thousands of dollars that the nursury and they were not willing to cough up $57 for a sick tree they sold me. I will never shop there again .
