Highly recommend Seminole Powersports for their collection, professionalism and easy buying experience. I was working with a half dozen dealers across FL and GA to find the best deal and best person to work with. I found Don at Seminole who exceeded expectations. So I traveled almost two hours each way to pick up my new SeaDoo Wake 170 and double trailer. All my questions were answered and I was in and out quickly. Brandon in finance was straight forward and easy to work with. Don not only ensured my ski and trailer were set up and ready, he did the walk through himself to save me time and get me back on the road. Good luck boys!

Absolute nightmare of an experience here. Brought a brand new side by side out of state that had an issue. Wasn't able to leave it at the dealer I bought it from as I had to come home. Dropped it off at Seminole Powersports on 4/27/2026. Was told they were busy and it would be a week before they could get to it. Said no big deal. 7 or 8 weeks in still hadn't been looked at and given the excuse they're super busy. So finally the bad part was replaced and 20 min later I get a text from the service manager that it's still doing it and will need more time. Call a week later and am told they're thinking it's the front differential. New one is ordered which takes another week. Part shows up on 6/19. Call again on 6/26 and told they're supposed to work on it the following monday and are super swamprd with 250 vehicles to work on. Finally get a call Monday 6/29 at 5pm saying it's done. Pick it up Tuesday 6/30 and they finally pull it around and realized they forgot to bolt the rear seat in. Today 7/1 I go to pull it off my trailer and notice some of the panels aren't fit back together right, bolt with red loctight in the cup holder AND check engine light on for the same issue I brought it in for 65 days prior. Called the dealer and was just old "oh we're really sorry, we'll give you a call when we can come pick it up to fix." Never heard back. I'm willing to bet they never replaced the bad part and because there's no dirt on it because it has less than 20 miles on the odometer, how would one know? However, if they did replace it, what other bolts were left out or not tightened correctly? Amazing that I got a brand new vehicle back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. And they burned 2 months of the factory 6 month warranty where I now have to fight with the manufacturer to get extended.

Overall, if I could leave negative stars I would. Do yourself a favor and find a better dealer.

While considering trading my Harley for a Goldwing, I visited a few dealerships in my area looking for a specific color. Neither of those dealerships had what I was looking for in stock. I sent an information request to Seminole PowerSports via the internet and was contacted shortly after.
Don is the Salesman that worked with me. He located the exact bike I was looking for and made the trade and purchasing process seamless and painless. Don was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.
Zack ensured all the electronic paperwork was sent to me in a timely manner which allowed for a convenient process when finalizing the purchase.
Ken delivered the new bike in showroom condition and took possession of my traded bike.
The entire purchasing process from start to finish was very convenient and efficient!
Highly recommend Seminole PowerSports to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Well not a fan of writing long reviews , so I will just summarize as best as possible .

I called Wednesday morning 9am , I spoke with Matthew . He was very nice , I told him I purchased a new sea doo gtx limited 300 from them in 2024 and I was in need of copy’s of my paper work .

Mentioned I was looking to sell my ski , I kinda took eye to a gsxr 750 they had . They worked up a trade in deal in about 2 minutes offered me 11xxxx for my ski that is mint with trailer and 26 hours . So I politely declined the offer . He mentioned someone would contact me about the paperwork soon.

I then asked for cash price he told me 13xxx otd

Next day, still no word . Contacted Matthew he said they are busy . So I called and left a voicemail for finance department to call
Me back .

That night , I see the same bike on fb . I message the guy he gives me a cheaper price than Matthew did . Found that odd being I was a returning customer .

Next day now it’s Saturday . Still no word on paperwork . I call again , I got to speak to Zach (salesman manager ) . I explain the situation with the paperwork . He says I’ll send it right now , within a minute i had it . Wow that was great .

So i mention to him my inquiry on the bike and the situation with the pricing . He says I’ll get you some pricing , I said great , id like some videos as well since I’m two hours away .

David sends me photos at one , I thanked him , he said he was looking for the key . I text him at 530 inquiring about the videos , he tells me they have sold the bike .

What a fantastic experience this has been from 4 days for paperwork , to a terrible offer on a trade in , to actually trying to do business again and having the unit sold without you being told and completely waisted my time .

Thank you

We came in ready to buy a motorcycle and pay cash.
Matt helped us at first, but the experience wasn't great. He didn't seem interested in working with us or helping us make a deal, so we decided to leave.
We came back a few minutes later to buy a helmet, and the parts department was great very friendly and helpful. While there, we asked for another salesperson and were introduced to David.
David completely changed our experience. He was helpful, worked with us on a great deal, and made us feel valued. He even apologized for our earlier experience. Zack from finance was also very nice and easy to work with. Because of David and Zack, we ended up buying one of the nicest bikes in the showroom. They really saved the experience. I just wish all the sales staff were like them.
