First time customer here and I’d like to say the customer service is top tier. I got the pleasure to be helped by Thomas he was absolutely amazing. He definitely made us feel welcome and was very helpful with the menu. Nowww let’s talk about Ayden Booooooiiii this foood sooo fyeee🔥🔥🔥 Portion was nice and big me and my boyfriend both shared a steak and salmon plate plus the promo for the free chicken bowl. Walking in, it smells amazing. But we went in for the kool-aid pineapple after deciding of the 4 flavors ,tropical punch was it. We tried it on the spot. Whomever decided to come up with that concept is a genius. So much so ended up getting the grape one as well. Zack Thank you

I ordered a 2 combo plate with shrimp, chicken, rice and veggies which comes mixed with zucchini brocolli and onions. I got a plate with shrimp, chicken and full of half cooked broccoli. NO RICE, NO ONIONS AND NO ZUCCHINI. Worst experience I’ve ever had here. I actually like their food and I’ve never experienced more than just a sauce missing! The lady’s always check the plates before issuing them and clearly whoever checked my plate just looked at it and kept it pushing and I am assuming it’s because they were about to close. The cook definitely needs to be trained better and learn how to pay attention to what people order unless he just didn’t care or was rushing. I definitely will not be ordering from here before they close ever again unless I go to pick it up myself because some people are literally just careless…. To spend 30 almost 40$ on one plate all for it to get to me and Is inaccurate is diabolical and this type of service is disrespectful. And to add to the updated response from the owner because the first comment was respectful but then they went back and updated because they are clearly upset I don’t post google reviews. I posted my review because it was a way I can get a response after closing. And on that note. When I buy food from here I usually post on my social media tagging vanilla rice as a good review. I don’t use google. So before you go telling someone what they need to do I think that you should know that. And it’s unprofessional to go after someone has had a bad experience and confront them or think you checking them on previous experiences because they didn’t run to google. Yes I said I like your food and I do post reviews ON SOCIAL media not google…. I did take a picture of the replaced dinner that my husband came and got replaced. The mistake was not on my end accountability should be taken he brought the food back the same way I got it. None of what you have said matters clearly because I’ve posted your food on social media, promoting 10/10 my review was not a bad review I simply said I’ve had a better experience and this was the worst. WORRY ABOUT TRAINING YOUR STAFF RATHER THAN ARGUING OR GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH A CUSTOMER ABOUT EXPERIENCES THEY HAVE IT IS NOT A GOOD LOOK ON YOUR BUSINESS. AS A CUSTOMER I DON’T HAVE A CLUE WHAT MIX UP HAPPENED. I HAD TO ORDER DINNER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPEND EXTRA MONEY AFTER SPENDING ALMOST $40 ON A PLATE BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THAT WAS COMPLETELY OUT OF MY CONTROL.

Prices are high but the food was fantastic. We bought 3 plates with two 4 meat and one 2 meat. The total was $192.00. The container was heavy and the food delicious. Employees were so nice.

Lobster and shrimp combo. The shrimp was nicely spiced and cooked perfectly, same for the lobster. The rice and vegetables were bland and very greasy.

Steak and Lobster combo. The steak was tender and cooked as requested. The lobster was also spiced and cooked perfectly. The rice and vegetables were bland and saturated in oil.

Potstickers greasy but spiced.
