I had such a great experience thanks to Julia at HomeSense! She is incredibly helpful, always has a positive attitude, and genuinely goes out of her way to make sure you find exactly what you need. Every time I visit, she’s there ready to assist with anything, and her honesty really stands out. It’s clear she truly cares about helping customers.
Julia has such great character and professionalism, and it makes a huge difference in the overall shopping experience. Employees like her are the reason I keep coming back.

I went to Homesense for the first time after going to EVERY home store (including home depo!) trying to find the perfect finishing touches for my bedroom. All the other stores I went to seamed to have nothing I was looking for or the same exact mediocre wall art. I barely saw Homesense when I was on my way to Kirkland but I sure am glad I did. I found the perfect items to complete my bedroom and I'll definitely be going back there for all my decor needs! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I came into HomeSense to exchange two frames I had purchased. When I got home and unpacked them, I realized one of them was broken. I brought the item back with my receipt, which clearly had all of the barcodes listed, even though the original sticker was no longer attached.

Unfortunately, the cashier, Yulia, was immediately rude from the start. She repeatedly insisted she would not be able to find the item in the system, despite the receipt containing all necessary information. Her tone and demeanor felt dismissive and condescending, and I actually found myself asking her if she was okay because of the way she was speaking to me. I felt as though I was being treated like a child for trying to exchange a product that I had brought home already damaged.

Thankfully, the manager, Lucia, was called over and was able to properly guide and train her through completing the exchange. I truly appreciated Lucia’s professionalism and assistance.

It’s a shame because I genuinely like shopping at this store, but this particular employee should not be handling customers one-on-one if this is how concerns are addressed.

Home Decor Heaven

Homesense is a fantastic store for anyone looking to elevate their living space. The variety of home decor, furniture, and unique items is impressive, all at reasonable prices. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse and find hidden gems. A great spot for decorating enthusiasts or anyone wanting to refresh their home! Kyra was really helpful at the check out counter. She explained how the store operates and various deals they come up with every month.
