No one was available when I needed help. I finally found the lumber department employees on their phones at the corner counters. They didn't bother to get up when they realized I needed help. Even after I came near they didn't move to help. One did finally respond and listen to my question, didn't know the answer but found someone who did. The product I asked about wasn't rated what I needed. Unfortunately none of the employees offered suggestions as to products available that would have met the need. Came and googled my needs to discover they had three different options available. I will not return to purchase my supplies from Lowes.

Jaylee in point department knows her products. Matching original paint off the wall to mixing a color that you asked for. It's nice to know that when you walk into Lowe's hardware that you're going to get great service and the products that you're searching for.

We came into the store to “look” and walked out with so much stuff even a new fridge! We had a wonderful young man named Robert who was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful with each item we chose for our new home. He definitely deserves recognition for his customer service.

Customer service is appalling. Had an issue with a gift card pin being unreadable. The clerk was friendlly and tried to help. Neither manager I spoke with could have been less interested. Promised their Ops Mgr would reach out...2 days and counting. I am out a $50 gift card, but will be the last $ Lowes sees from me. Avoid like the plague.

I have to give a shout out to the HUGE help and customer service we received from the guy who helped load up 25 pavers onto our cart, the guy who loaded them into our car, to the one in the rental area! Wish I had their names but WOW! Lowe’s is lucky to have you guys!
