I had a terrible experience at this location after visiting on a friend's recommendation. I explicitly told the sales associate that my lawn is only 2,500 square feet, yet they sold me a massive 17,000-square-foot bag of fertilizer. The associate never explained the return policy and intentionally oversold me far more product than I needed.

When I returned the next day to exchange it for a smaller bag, the store associate, Roberto (a bearded man wearing glasses with hand tattoos), immediately rejected my request. When I asked to speak with the store manager, he became incredibly disrespectful.

Why is this store pushing massive bags on customers with small yards? I highly suggest SiteOne Corporate look into these unethical sales practices and the poor conduct of this location's staff.

Cool place. More catered to landscapers and irrigation specialists. I was looking for dye and a module for my irrigation controller and they had both on site. I would definitely come back for concentrated chemicals and bulk items.

Great customer service. Always fully stocked with the products you need in a great little spot to swing by when you're in a pinch versus waiting on BWI or Harrells.

Good people. Good prices. Educational experience. Love how well they care for each customer. Loading vehicles in the heat with a great attitude.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The team was not only incredibly helpful but also highly knowledgeable about landscape supplies. They have become my go-to resource for all my landscaping needs. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone looking for top-notch assistance in this area.
