I was Very pleased with Dalton & OGD! I was given a time span of 10:00-1:00, when he’d be there. He was there promptly at 10:00. He explained the problem he’d address, & was very courteous. I was told the amount of the service call when I made the appointment. Dalton gave me a price to fix my door before he did the work. I liked knowing what to expect. Dalton went to work, got everything working, and again was very courteous with explanations of what I needed to now do.
I highly recommend them @ Dalton.

OGD answered my phone call quickly, in a courteous manner, and asked several pointed and direct questions to assure the technician had the correct parts on the service truck. They arrived quickly after a courtesy call and after greetings were exchanged, went directly to the issue.
The technician (Dalton) ascertained the issue(s), went to the service truck, and came back to rhe garage and repaired the issue(s). He also did a full spreventativw ervice on both gatsge doors to reduce the likelihood of needing additional repairs.
Total time qas less than an hour, and OGD cleaned up debris from work site, thanked me, and closed the door on the way out.
I highly recommend OGD for any stage door/opener/ remote issues that my aise. A+++

My Installer Dalton came to fix a spring on one of my doors and completed the repair in 15 minutes and after he completed his work he showed me the cost for two 3/4 horse motors, with rails. The package also has a Security System plan that I subscribed to for an annual fee of $150 that allows me to get live camera feed for motion detection with sound. It also allows remote access for packages that arrive like Amazon! Dalton is a diamond 💎 shining bright with his integrity and professionalism, his work was 💯 perfection 👍. He cleaned everything up before he left and handed off our two remotes! My wife and I couldn't be happier and are learning how to navigate through our new myQ app. This is money well spent and provides a peace of mind knowing we can give remote access from almost anywhere. Thanks Dalton for entertaining all my questions, you made me and hopefully your company proud 👏

From my initial call to Overhead Garage Door to completion of the service call I can honestly say that this was the gold standard for customer service. Professional, friendly, experienced, helpful and knowledgeable. Dalton Robeson was exceptional in every way. He thoroughly assessed my issue, worked quickly to repair what was broken and even gave me advice on how to maintain my garage door system to ensure that I could get more years usage before I would need an expensive replacement. Fantastic service all around. I’m a fan and now a lifelong customer.
