I had an incredible experience purchasing a watch at Birks Laval, all thanks to Mohammed. From the very beginning, his service was truly exceptional and unmatched. He kept me updated every step of the way with regular follow-ups on my order.

When we came in to pick it up, he went above and beyond—even making sure my kids and I were comfortable by bringing us drinks while the watch was being sized. If you are looking for true VIP treatment when buying a luxury watch or jewelry, I cannot recommend Mohammed highly enough. Make sure to ask for Mr. Mohammed!
