I have been shopping with Michael Kors for over 15 years, both online and in-store. Today, I visited the Royalmount location to return an online purchase and was very disappointed by the customer service I received.

The employee, (a middle-eastern woman),who assisted me was rude, spoke to me with an unnecessary attitude, and made me feel unwelcome. Whether a customer is making a return or a purchase, they deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect.

As a long-time loyal customer, I found this experience unacceptable. Unfortunately, because of the way I was treated, I no longer wish to shop at the Royalmount location.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that other customers do not have a similar experience.

I recently bought the Michael Kors Toni Mixed Media Trainer, and overall, I’m really happy with them. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable they are. The air cushioning provides great support, especially when walking or standing for long hours.

The design is stylish and modern, making them easy to pair with both casual and sporty outfits.

In terms of sizing, they fit true to size, the sales guy helped me out with patience. So I didn’t have any issues there 😇❤️

When you buy a watch from them, they offer the watch adjustment for free. The staff were pleasant to me all along from the moment of testing the watches, to the purchase and to the adjustment.

On Wednesday, the lady with long brown hair who spoke with me today was so lovely, welcoming and non-judgmental. Her kindness truly shined — just like the Billie watch I came to see 💫✨ you can hear her talk in the video.

Went shopping for a new watch, I was greeted by everyone with smiles. The young lady guided me throught the selection. She knew her products vers well and her service was impeccable. She evem adjusted the watch on the spot which made me feel valued as customer.
I felt like I was in a luxury store and will recommend anyone to go to MK Royalmount!

I went with my parents in the evening and we were treated poorly: the saleswoman didn’t even greet us, she didn’t approach us, we had to approach her. We feel like we were judged by our appearance (we are middle class and don’t wear the most luxurious clothes). Also, she didn’t look like she had any desire to work and help out clients, she just wanted our interaction to be over.
If you are representing a brand, you should always be attentive and friendly, not cold and judging.
