I was downtown and decided to take my nieces out for a little shopping. Alo was our stop, and Roberto was our salesperson. From the moment we arrived, Roberto was fantastic. He was informative, knowledgeable about the products, and genuinely helpful, all while maintaining a great sense of humour — especially while assisting two teenagers! What really stood out was his exceptional customer service. He was patient, attentive, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He took the time to answer our questions, listened to what we were looking for, and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. He created such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere and made sure everyone felt comfortable and included. This branch has one of the best selection of items, and the staff is amazing. The manager, Robert, is very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a sweater long after the exchange date was expired, and he immediately exchanged it no questions asked. Of all the branches I’ve visited, from San Francisco, to Chicago, LA, DC, and Dubai, this is by far my favorite. Make sure to ask for Robert.

Visited the store on Ste Catarines in Montreal with a serious intent to buy men's shoes and women's athletic apparel. Walked up to the 2nd floor to check out the merchandise only to find three very young sales agent, two girls and a buy very busy chatting with each other laughing and seemed like enjoying their personal time while on the job. They had zero awareness and interest in attending to customers. I stood next to them for more then 7 mins, no luck in getting any attention. Walked down to see the store manager to share my feedback and walked right out of the store. I would stay away from this store and maybe the brand.
