My wife and I recently had an appointment with Dr. Jessica Nichols. The whole experience was top notch. At check in, we were greeted with a smile, making us feel welcome in this new environment. Our visits with Dr. Nichols and her testing staff were pleasant, as well as having a high level of expertise and knowledge demonstrated. Equally, the lady who helped my wife choose new glasses was most helpful. We would highly recommend this eye clinic.

All the staff are lovely! I had some concerns recently and I was able to see Dr. Nichols within a week! Both my husband and I are patients and received very comprehensive eye exams. We then purchased glasses and were very pleased with the outcomes.

I had my first appointment with Lakefield Vision Care 4 days ago. I was really impressed with the care I received. Each person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the choices I have re: my new prescription. I learned some new things with Dr. Emily Kendall about the importance of using thin lenses for my particular prescription. Her exam was very thorough and she listened to my concerns and took the time to answer my questions. Angele, Practice Coach was extremely informative about choosing my new glasses and was even kind enough to respond to a phone request to talk with her. (I am a senior (low income) and have to find the least expensive way to buy glasses. It is a long drive for me but well worth it!! I highly recommend Lakefield Vision Care.

My first visit to this clinic was a very positive experience. Dr. Jessica Nichols was thorough, friendly, explained and answered questions with no hesitation and provided research based responses. The reception was friendly, technicians skilled and while browsing for glasses David was helpful, friendly and knowlegable. I will return, and I previously was driving over 3 hours to my optician, no hesitation now with changing. Thanks FYI Doctors Lakefield.

What a great experience! The staff and doctor were excellent, the exam was thorough (including some new tests that I've never had done), and the selection of frames was great. I left feeling informed and well taken care of. This is definitely my new go-to place - totally worth the drive out of Peterborough.
